Weekly meal plan

Its a few days into the week already, but here is this weeks meal planner.

Breakfast Lunch Dinner Snacks Notes
Sunday Green Smoothie (with Thermophase detox) Supergreen salad with avocado, pepitas and pomegranate. Organic roast chicken with roasted root vegetables and kale. Paleo balls       Carrots with hommus Prepare double quantity of chicken and veggies.Make more paleo balls
Monday Green smoothie Chicken and avocado salad Organic roast chicken with roasted root vegetables and kale. Paleo balls             Raw almonds  Bake muffins 
Tuesday Paleo protein smoothie Quiche with green salad Thai beef curry CarrotsDetox muffin  
Wednesday Green smoothie  Chicken, avocado & pomegranate salad. Lamb back straps with broccoli salad and sweet potato puree. Paleo ballsMandarin Soak cashews for vegetable terrine
Thursday Paleo protein smoothie Vegetable Omlette Out at a function tonight. Will have a mini quiche or 2 before I leave home Paleo ballsblueberries Make vegetable terrine
Friday Green protein smoothie Vegetable terrine with rocket salad Baked Blue eye ‘en papillote’with vegetable terrine Paleo balls
Saturday Green protein smoothie Out for lunch with family before going to the grand final. Will have snacks with me just in case. Paleo quiche with green salad

One of the more challenging aspects of this detox has been eating out. On a few occasions, I have simply eaten beforehand.Being organised is the key to eating well and not getting ‘hangry’ (hungry and a little angry.)
