Tuesday Grain free granola Egg white & greens frittata Baked whole fish with stir fried veggies Pumpkin muffins Roast pumpkin for salad & poach chicken breast
Wednesday Paleo protein smoothie Roast pumpkin salad with poached chicken Lamb and kale curry with cauliflower rice Paleo balls            Raw almonds & Macadamias.
Thursday Chia porridge Leftover lamb and kale curry Paleo “spaghetti” bolognaise Pumpkin muffins Poach chicken breast
Friday Grain free granola Roast pumpkin salad with poached chicken Paleo “spaghetti” bolognaise Paleo balls Defrost chicken soup portion.
Saturday Chia Porridge Chicken soup (from freezer) Thai green Fish curry Dessert: coconut milk ice cream & raspberries.
